Colombia is known for producing some of the world's finest coffees. Colombia grows 100% Arabica beans, and their geography is perfectly suited to produce the high quality coffee that we have become used to. Much of Colombia's coffee is grown on small farms at high altitude where farm workers pick the best cherries by hand, rather than using mechanical strip pickers.
Colombian coffee is usually described as a well balanced coffee, with traces of chocolate and nutty flavours, some fruit, medium acidity and medium body.
August has seen the introduction of our new packaging and label design. Our familiar single origin roasts have been repackaged under new names with new packaging designs, and to celebrate the new designs, we've extended the special on the Colombian roast for another month.
August's featured roast is the Colombian Concerto and is a light to medium roast with a sweet aroma and chocolate aftertaste.
