This coffee is grown in the Sidamo region in the south of Ethiopia where it is cultivated at an altitude between 1700 to 1900m. Coffee from this region is known for its floral, berry, and citrus notes. Expect a floral aroma and strong notes of berries with a pronounced earthiness. This coffee has a medium to full body, low acidity and ends with a bright finish.
Ethiopian Etude is a full bodied, single origin East African Arabica, with floral aroma, fruity citrus notes and a mild chocolate aftertaste. The body, floral notes and well developed roast of this coffee make it excellent for milk based drinks.
