Origin: Excelso grade single origin arabica beans from Colombia, South America decaffeinated through the CO2 process.
Tasting Notes: A medium bodied decaffeinated coffee with a chocolatey aroma, ruby grapefruit flavour notes, and a lingering cocoa aftertaste.
Brewing: Makes a great filter or pour-over coffee, but is dynamic enough to be prepared as an espresso or with a plunger too.
