Origin: This coffee is grown in the Sidamo region in the south of Ethiopia where it is cultivated at an altitude between 1700 to 1900m.
Tasting Notes: A full bodied, single origin East African Arabica, with floral aroma, fruity citrus notes and a mild chocolate aftertaste.
Brewing: The body and well developed roast of this coffee make it excellent as an espresso, especially for milk based drinks. This coffee also works well with a Moka pot, or AeroPress.
