Origin: Beans from Honduras, Central America of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai and Typica varietal grown at an altitude of 1500 to 2000m.
Tasting Notes: A medium bodied, Central American Arabica, with a bright fruity aroma, flavours of lime, and a creamy chocolate aftertaste.
Brewing: The medium body and fruity aromas make this an ideal coffee for filter or pour-over brewing methods. It also makes an excellent espresso.
